The Education Study Background Papers

LWVChicago will be participating in the LWVUS study of the Federal Role in Education. There is a great deal of information available from LWVUS on its web site, LWV.org, including long study documents, summaries, the consensus questions and presentation material. Because of the tremendous amount of information available on this topic, the LWVChicago education committee encourages you to access additional information from the LWV.org web site and other sources.

In addition, LWVChicago is making available an edited version of the LWVUS information to help prepare members for the briefing and unit meetings where this study will take place. These versions will be available in the Chicago Voter and are also available here in pdf version.
