Deputy Voter Registrar Services

Deputy Voter Registrar Training

The Chicago Board of Election Commissioners provides training to League of Women Voters of Chicago members to become Deputy Voter Registrars. To be enrolled in an upcoming class, see our calendar.

Voter Registration Drives

The League's trained Deputy Voter Registrars volunteer at registration drives throughout Chicago. See our volunteer opportunities if you'd like to participate, or contact league@lwvchicago.org.

Is your organization interested in partnering with LWV Chicago on a registration drive? Contact Helene Gabelnick, Voter Service Chair at league@lwvchicago.org for additional information.

Moderator Services

The League of Women Voters trains volunteers to moderate candidate forums and debates. Scheduled candidate events will be listed on our calendar.

League moderators are available for non-public forums as well (condominium elections, for example).

If you are interested in having someone moderate an event, or would like further information, please contact Helene Gabelnick at league@lwvchicago.org.
