Election Protection
The national Election Protection coalition is the largest and longest-operating nonpartisan voter protection coalition in the country. Comprised of more than 100 local, state, and national partner organizations, including the League of Women Voters, the program assists voters leading up to and on Election Day with in-person poll monitors, poll watching, and hotlines staffed by legal volunteers.

PeaceKeepers 🕊️

LWV Chicago is expanding our Election Protection program to specifically recruit faith-based leaders, social workers, counselors, and individuals in interdisciplinary fields who are best equipped to navigate the unanticipated challenges that voters may face at various levels of the electoral process during the 2026 election cycle.
