2022 General Election

Have questions about the election or what’s on the ballot? Check out LWV Chicago’s October 8 Briefing. League members explained voting and voter registration processes, identified the legislators for whom voters will cast ballots, and described two referenda: one that will allow for workers to organize and collectively bargain and one that will add funding for the Cook County Forest Preserves. You can also view the accompanying presentations.

A few election updates:

Early voting is open at the Supersite (191 N Clark) and Chicago Board of Elections (69 W Washington). Now through October 30, you can vote on Weekdays between 9 am to 6 pm, Saturdays from 9 am to 5 pm, and Sundays from 10 am to 4 pm.

If you applied for a Vote By Mail ballot, you should be receiving it soon.

The Illinois Voter Guide is now available.
