All League members and their guests are invited to LWV Cook County's annual "Food for Thought" fundraiser, this year featuring Cook County State’s Attorney Kimberly M. Foxx in conversation with the League's Criminal Justice Group chair, Jan Goldberg.
There will be time for questions from the audience. The money raised will be used for the League’s voter service efforts.
State's Attorney Foxx was first elected in 2016 and chose to not seek re-election this year for a third term. We'll have the chance to look back on the past eight years of her service and find out what advice she has for her successor.
