It’s time to champion voting rights in Illinois—the RACE Act (SB3482) will restore voting rights to individuals in prison and expand civics education within our correctional system.

Over 30,000 people incarcerated in Illinois prisons, unable to vote but still impacted by the decisions of elected officials. Senate Bill 828 would end felony disenfranchisement in Illinois and allow people in prison the opportunity to vote!
